Guidelines:
Members who comment should keep a few things in mind:
1. Don't confuse the author with the narrator.
2. Merely saying, "I like this," or "I don't like this" isn't helpful to the writer. Be sure to tell why you feel the way you do, and refer directly to the work.
3. By the same token, this is not a fault-finding session. Be gentle. A lot of first-timers may post here. If you're going to be critical, be thorough and helpful in your response.
4. Respect the author's style and genre. We're not here to tell them what to write about. If they want to write about androids, then they should! Let's help them write great android stories!
5. Keep it brief. Please don't post your entire novel here.
6. Though posting of early drafts is encouraged, remember that there's a reader on the other end. Use good grammar and spelling.
7. Never attack the author personally. You will be banned!
8. Lastly, try not to take criticism personally. Remember, you volunteered to have your work critiqued.
